- Even if you don't feel sick, you could still spread COVID
- Masks help you from getting AND spreading the Virus
- Every child and parent should wear masks in Pucblic Places, especially when their are multiple people from different households
- Children under the age of 2 should not be wearing a mask, also including anyone
who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance
- Do NOT use the everyday masks on healthcare workers, as they should use N95 respirators, and even surgical masks
- Continue staying 6 feet apart from others, as masks do NOT replace social
distancing. It is neccessary to be staying 6 feet apart, and be wearing a mask
Stay 6 feet feet apart from olders
- Stay Inside your Home: Avoid close contact with people who are sick, if possible
- Whenever you are outside your house, remain 6 feet apart betwen you and others who don't live in your household
- Remember that even people who don't have COVID symtoms, might still be able to spread COVID
- Stay AT LEAST 6 feet apart from others, which also means to approximately stay 2 arm lengths from others
- It is very important to social distance from others, but even MORE IMPORTANT to social distance
to ELDERS (as they are easier to get the virus) who do't live in your household
Avoid Crowds
- Being in crowds (such as: restaurants, bars, fitness centers, or/and movie theaters) will get you a higher risk of getting COVID
Avoid Poory Ventialted Spaces
- Avoid indoor spaces that do not offer fresh air from the outdoors
as much as possible. If indoors, bring in fresh air by opening windows and doors, if possible.
Wash your hands often
- Wash your hands for AT LEAST 20 sec. once you've been somewhere in the public(you can do this by singing Happy B-day to yourself for 2 times)
- If soap and water are curently not available, you can use hand sanitizer that hads at least 60% alcohol.
You can rub the hand sanitizer across your hand, until they start to feel dry.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands

- Before eating or preparing food
- Before touching your face
- After using the restroom
- After leaving a public place
-After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
-After handling your mask
- After changing a diaper
- After caring for someone sick
-After touching animals or pets
Cover Coughs and Sneezes
- ALWAYS COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH with a tissue or your elbow when you sneeze or cough.
- Immediately, throw used tissues in the trash
- Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Clean and Discinfect
- Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs,
light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks
- Whenever surfaces are dirty, you should clean them by using detergent or soap and water
Monitor your Healthy Life
- Be aware for COVID symptoms, such as Fever, Cough, shortness of Breath, Fatige, Muscle or Body aches,
Headaches, New lost of taste or smell, sore throat, congesion of runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea
What TO DO IF YOU HAVE COVID-19:
- If you have COVID, stay home till it goes away. Preferably, tell your doctor about it. And have it being tested.
- If you have stayed with a person who had COVID, stay inside your house 14 days prior to the last time you visited that person.
